Rewards Going Out Every Week

Hello!
Hope you are having a great spring/summer. I just wanted to send an update---we have been shipping rewards for the past month, and will continue to ship each week until everyone receives their sauce. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking before your wave ships---and if you notice that you have the wrong address on your email slip, please message me right away so we can update this!
Thanks again for your patience---we will continue shipping each week, and all of your rewards will be fulfilled!
A few things:
A few backers have accused me of selling their sauces online----that's not true...we will not be selling Mixed Tape or XXXXX Scorpion on our site until the sauces are fulfilled to our Kickstarter backers first. We did sell a few sauces at our farmer's market in NYC last year to test drive the new batches and see what customers thought of them, and to fine tune our final FDA recipes. That feedback was invaluable and helped us finetune the final product which are now going to you guys.
Also want to clear up shelf life concerns: The sauces you are receiving are not 2 years old---they were all made within the last two months and have an 18-month shelf life.
Timing: All rewards will be fulfilled within the next few months. We actually have taken time off of our markets in NYC to dedicate more time to fulfillment. Believe me, I can't wait to get this project completed;)
I will continue to send updates every three weeks, and we will continue to send packages every week. Again, I am sorry it is taking longer than everyone wishes, but packages are going out, and we will get this to you. Please feel free to message me with any questions, concerns, or shipping updates, and thank you again!

Shipping continues

Hello!
Just wanted to send an update---shipping continues and we will continue packing and shipping new waves every week until everyone gets their sauce. There have (understandably) been so many address updates, we are literally going backer by backer to make sure we have the most up to date info and your sauce arrives to the right place. If you still need to update your address, just shoot me a message and I will update it!

Everyone will receive an email confirmation with tracking, so you'll get a heads up when your sauce is shipping. If you need us to hold your sauce for any reason, just let me know.
OK, back to work for us, but just wanted to shoot an update---and I hope the backers that received their sauce are enjoying it!

Shipping resumes! Address Update Info/ Email Notification

Hello all,
Happy to say shipping is resuming! We will begin resume shipping the 2-pack bottles, and continue to move through the line. It's huge project, with a lot of moving part/details, and many address updates that we have to make, so I apologize that we are a week later than I thought...There are tons of address updates (understandably since it's been 2 years!), and we want to be thorough and get this right.
If you still have an address update to send, feel free to message me.
Every backer will receive an email notification before their package ships. This will be made a few days before it ships to give you time to let me know if the address is correct.
When you receive your email tracking, please check the address and make sure it's correct. if not, just shoot me a message and I'll update it. If you could do this one thing, that would be huge. I am doing my best to get all of the addresses updated, but if you can cross check it, I'd appreciate it!

Hello! FInally, it's starting to warm up (it just snowed here yesterday morning!). But, we should be in the clear soon, and will resume shipping the week of 4/15!
